We had a great Thanksgiving dinner of spiced turkey cutlets, sweet potato and ginger spoon bread, fresh salad greens with dijon dressing, cranberry-pomegranate jelly, roasted root vegetables with herbs and olive oil and, of course, pumpkin pie and apple tart. Everything was homemade by us, Bobbe and Aunt Lauren.
